These Terms & Conditions apply to all ticket sales and limited pre-order items purchased through the Sankofa Nights online store. By completing a purchase, you enter a binding agreement with Sankofa Nights V.O.F., facilitated through our ticketing partner taptic GmbH.
Merchandise: Under Dutch and EU consumer law, you have 14 days after receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason (Art. 6:230o, Dutch Civil Code). To exercise this right, contact us at sankofa.nights@gmail.com with your order number. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to items personalized to your specifications (Art. 6:230p sub f, Dutch Civil Code).
Event tickets: Ticket purchases are non-refundable, except in the event of an official event cancellation. This follows Article 6:230p sub e of the Dutch Civil Code, which excludes the right of withdrawal for leisure events with a specific date. You may transfer your ticket to another person.
All goods remain the property of Sankofa Nights until full payment is received.
